Fees
Engaging in psychotherapy is an investment of effort, finances and time. To support your intention in creating change, I provide you with a superbill for you to submit independently to your insurance company. This special receipt can help you receive direct reimbursement available, should your insurance plan provide out-of-network benefits. To see if your insurance plan offers out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits, simply call the member number on the back of your insurance card and ask.
Also please note that for your insurance to reimburse you, you have to meet the requirements for a mental health diagnosis. If you wish to be a private pay client, a diagnosis is not required for services.
Individual Psychotherapy Fees:
- 80-minute session – $360
- 50-minute session – $225
To support your reimbursement from your out-of-network benefits, check out Reimbursify. As we all know, insurance can be confusing and frustrating. Please note that my practice has paid for services with Reimbursify and that you can submit your out-of-network claims for our sessions with no added fee.
Because of the high frequency of sessions in psychoanalysis (2-5 times per week), we will explore what is financially feasible, if that is the type of work you are interested in doing.
Group Therapy Fees:
The groups which are currently open to new members can be found below. Please contact me for an initial screening to see if one of these groups are right for you.
Depending on the group you join, the fee ranges from $50-$65 per group session, paid monthly in advance.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Due to the demand for sessions and respect of time scheduled. You will be charged the full fee for cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours notice.
