Help yourself to these free streaming relaxation audios. I often recommend guided relaxation audios or mindfulness meditations to my psychotherapy clients in Miami and Plantation, FL. It is understood from research that creating more time and space for stillness and increasing your awareness can positively impact stress management, health, immune system function and increase creativity. Some people feel uncomfortable trying new strategies such as these. However, the more you practice them, the less self-conscious and more focused you can become. Some days they will be easier than others. There are a lot of factors that play into our ability to concentrate and maintain focus on any given day.
